Dareeh Mundawan' Mazaq Urana Aur Us Ka Inkar Kerna


Question :
dareeh rakhna Nabi Akram (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ki sunnat hai lekin bohat sy log hain jo dareeh mundwaty hain' baz dareeh k baal ukhar dety hain' kuch log dareeh k baal ktwa dety hain' baz us ka inkar krty hain' kuch yh kehty hain k yh aik aisi sunnat hai k amal krny waly ko sawab mily ga lekin amal na krny waly ko koi gunaah nahi hoga. baz bewaqof yahan tak keh dety hain k ager dareeh mai koi kher-o-bhalai hoti to zair-e-naaf baal ugty-- Allah ta'ala un ka bura kery-- un mukhtalif nazriyaat rakhny walo mai sy hr aik k bary mai kia hukam hai aur jo shakhs Nabi Akram (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ki kisi sunnat ka inkar kery to us k bary mai kia hukam hai?

Answer :
Nabi Akram (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ki sunnat sahiha sy yh sabit hai k dareeh rakhna' ussy chor dena aur pura pura rakhna wajib hai aur ussy mundwana ya katwana haraam hai ' jaisa k sahi bukhari-o-sahi muslim mai Hazrat Ibn Umer R.A. sy ravayat hai k Nabi AKram (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ny farmaya:
mushrikeen ki mukhalfat karo' dareeh barhao' monchay katwao.
"mushrikeen ki mukhalfat karo' dareeh barhao' monchay katwao."
Sahi Muslim mai Hazrat Abu Hurerah R.A. sy ravayat hai k Nabi (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ny farmaya
monchay katwao' dareeh barhao aur majosiyu ki mukhalfat karo.
"monchay katwao' dareeh barhao aur majosiyu ki mukhalfat karo."
yh donu aur un k hum maini deegar tamam ahaadis is bat pr dalalat krti hain k dareeh rakhna aur ussy barhana wajib hai' aur ussy mundwana ya katwana haraam hai. lehaza jo shakhs yh gumaan kery k yh aik aisi sunnat hai k amal krny waly ko to sawab mily ga lekin amal na kerny waly ko koi gunaah nahi hoga to us ki yh bat galat aur sahi ahaadis k mukhalif hai' Qk asool yh hai k amar wajoob k liye hota hai aur nahi tehreem k liye' lehaza kisi k liye bhi yh jaiz nahi k woh un ahaadis sahiha sy sabit hony waly is zahir hukam ki mukhalfat kery illa yh k us k pass koi aisi daleel ho jis ki bunyad pr in ahaadis k zahir k khilaaf kaha ja saky' lekin yahan koi aisi daleel majod nahi hai' jo in ahaadis ko un k zahir sy hata dy.
Imam tirmidhi R.A. ny Hazrat Abu Hurerah R.A. ki jo yh hadis biyan ki hai k Nabi kareem (صلى الله عليه وسلم) apni dareeh mubarak ko tuol-o-araz sy chota kr lia krty thy to yh aik batil hadis hai. Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) sy yh qatan sabit nahi hai. us ki sanad mai aik ravi pr kazab ka ilzaam hai.
jo shakhs dareeh ka mazaq uraye aur ussy zair-e-naaf baalo sy tashbeeh dy to woh aik aisy azeem munkir ka irtekab krta hai jo ussy dairah islaam sy kharij aur murtid qarar dy deta hai. is liye k kisi bhi aisi cheez ka mazaq urana jo kitab Allah sy ya Hazrat Mohammad Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ki sunnat sy sabit ho' kuffar aur irtadad shumar hota hai Qk irshad bari ta'ala hai:
kahu kia tum Allah aur us ki ayato aur us k Rasool sy hansi krty thy? bahany mat banao' tum emaan lany k bad kafir ho chuky ho.
"kahu kia tum Allah aur us ki ayato aur us k Rasool sy hansi krty thy? bahany mat banao' tum emaan lany k bad kafir ho chuky ho."
Hum dua krty hain k Allah ta'ala humay' tumhayn aur tama musalmano ko hadayat-o-tufeeq ata farmaye aur gumraah kun fitno sy mehfoz rakhy.
