Aany Waly K Liye Kharay Hony Ka Hukam


Question :
aik shakhs andar dakhil howa jab kmai bhi wahan majlis mai betha howa tha. hazireen ussy dekh kr kharay hoaye lekin mai khara na howa. kia khara hona mery liye lazim tha? kia khara hony wlao ko gunaah hoga?

Answer :
aany waly k liye khara hona lazim to nahi hai lekin yh mukaram ikhlaq mai sy hai. jo shakhs aany waly k liye khara ho ta k us sy musafiha kery aur us k hath ko pakar lay' khasosan ager sahib khana khara ho to yh mukaram ikhlaq mai sy hai. Nabi S.A.W Hazrat Fatima R.A. k liye aur Hazrat Fatima R.A. Nabi Akram S.A.W k liye khari hoti thin. Hazraat sahaba karaam R.A. Nabi Akram S.A.W k hukam sy Hazrat Sa'ad bin Ma'az R.A. k liye kharay huway thy' jab k woh Banu qareezah k bary mai faisla krny k liye tashreef laye thy. Talha Bin Ubaid Allah R.A. Nabi Akram S.A.W ki majodgi mai Hazrat ka'ab R.A. k liye khary huway jab Allah ta'ala ny un ki touba ko qabool farma lia tha. Hazrat Talha khary huway ta k un sy musafiha karen aur unhen touba ki qaboliyet pr mubarak bad paish karen. us k bad woh majlis mai beth gaye thy. baherhaal is baat ka ta'aluq mukaram ikhlaq sy hai aur is mai tusa'a hai.
galat bat yh hai k koi kisi ki ta'azeem k liye khara ho lekin mehman k istaqbal' us ki ezzat afzai ya us sy musafiha-o-salaam k liye khara hona to aik amar mashro'u hai. log bethy houn aur kis ka ta'azeem k liye khara hona ya dakhil hoty wqt salaam-o-musafiha k bagair khara hona darust nahi hai aur us sy bhi ziadah galat bat yh hai k kisi k ta'azeem k liye khara howa jaye jab k woh khud betha ho aur yh hifazat wagairah nahi balky sirf ta'azeem k liye khara ho. jaisa k oulama ny farmaya hai k kharay hony ki 3 qismen hain:
1 kisi ki ta'azeem k liye koi khara ho jab k woh betha ho jaisa k ajmi log apny badshahu aur bary logo ki ta'azeem k liye khary hoty hain' jaisa k Nabi Akram S.A.W ny bhi biyaan farmaya hai' tu yh qiyaam jaiz nahi hai. yahi waja hai k Nabi Akram S.A.W ny jab beth kr namaz parhai to app ny logo ko hukam dia k woh bhi beth kr namaz parhen aur jab woh kharay howay to app ny farmaya k qareeb tha k tum bhi meri is tarha ta'azeem krty jis tarha ajmi log apny sardaro ki ta'azeem krty hain.
2 kisi k aany ya jany k wqt khara ho aur us sy maqsood salaam ya musafiha k liye khara hona na ho balky mahez ta'azeem k liye khara hona ho. is sorat k bary mai kam sy kam jo bat kahi ja sakti hai' woh yh hai k yh makroh hai. Nabi S.A.W jab tashreef laty to hazraat sahaba karaam kharay nahi hoty thy Qk unhen maloom tha k Nabi S.A.W us ko pasand nahi farmaty.
3 aany waly k samny is liye khara ho ta k us sy musafiha kery ya us k hath ko pakar kr ussy us ki jagah bitha dy ya is tarha ka koi aur maqsad ho to us mai koi harj nahi aur akabir aur un mehmano k liye khara hona to sunnat hai' jin k liye kharay hony ki ( un ki majbori-o-ma'azori ki waja sy) zarorat ho.
