Kabirah Gunahon sy Touba


Question :
aik insan ny apny dur jawani mai baz aisy kabirah gunaho ka irtekab kia' jo Allah ta'ala ki la'anat k mustahiq hain mager ab us ny touba kr li hai aur ab woh darj zail amoor k bary mai istafsaar krna chahta hai:
1 woh gunaah k jurm sy darta hai kahiin is mai kuch wqt k bad dobarah mubtala na ho jaye?
2 woh darta hai k jurm' gunaah dobarah us ki touba-o-sabaat pr asar andas na ho?
3 kia in afa'al ka bhi muhasba hoga jin sy woh touba kr chuka hai?
4 kia la'anat gunaah k waqo'u pazeer hony k wqt waqia hoti hai?
5 jab us ny un gunaho ka irtekab kia to is wqt ussy in ki saza ka ilm na tha' to kia in gunaho ki sangeeni sy nawaqfiyet ki waja sy yh shakhs qabil maafi hogya' us ny yh gunaah bhi khafia tur pr kiye hain?

Answer :
saail aur dosry logo ko maloom hona chaheye k jo shakhs bhi kisi gunaah sy touba kr lay to Allah ta'ala us ki touba ko qabool farma laita hai khuwah gunaah kitna hi bara Q na ho' irshad bari ta'ala hai:
Aye Paigumber! meri taraf sy logo ko keh du k aye mery Bandu! jinhuny apni jano pr ziadati ki hai Allah ki rehmat sy na umeed na hona. bilashuba Allah to sab gunaho ko bakhsh deta hai (aur) yaqinan woh to bakhshany wala nahayat maherban hai.

aur woh jo Allah k sath kisi aur ma'abod ko nahi pukarty aur jis jandar ko maar dalna Allah ny haraam kia hai is ko qatal nahi krty mager jaiz tareeq (yani shariyet k hukam) sy aur badkari nahi krty aur jo yh kaam kry ga sakht gunaah mai mubtala hoga. qayamat k din is ko dona azaab hoga aur zillet-o-khuwari sy hamesha is mai rahy ga' mager jis ny touba ki aur emaan laya aur achay kaam kiye to aisy logo k gunaho ko Allah nekiyu sy badal dy ga aur Allah to bohat bakhshany wala nahayat maherban hai.

sail ny ju yh ziker kia hai k us ny kai aisy gunaah kiye hain jo mastujab la'anat hain mager ab us ny un gunaho sy touba kr li hai' to mai ussy khushkhabri sunata hon k Allah ta'ala apki sachi paki (khalis) touba ko zaror qabool farma lay ga' irshad bari ta'ala hai:
Allah unhi logo ki touba qabool farmata hai' jo nadani sy buri harkat kr bethty hain phir jaldi touba kr laity hain' pas aisy logo pr Allah maherbani krta hai.
"Allah unhi logo ki touba qabool farmata hai' jo nadani sy buri harkat kr bethty hain phir jaldi touba kr laity hain' pas aisy logo pr Allah maherbani krta hai."
An-Nisa' 4: 17.
"phr jaldi touba kr laity hain" sy murad yh hai k woh mout sy pehly pehly touba kr laity hain aur us ki daleel yh hai k us k bad yh farman bari ta'ala hai:
aur aisy logo ki touba qabool nahi hoti jo (sari umer) bury kaam krty rahen yahan tak k jab in mai sy kisi ki mout aamajod ho to us wqt kehny lagy k ab to mai touba krta hoon.
"aur aisy logo ki touba qabool nahi hoti jo (sari umer) bury kaam krty rahen yahan tak k jab in mai sy kisi ki mout aamajod ho to us wqt kehny lagy k ab to mai touba krta hoon."
An-Nisa' 4: 18.
saeel ko chahye k apni touba ko barqarar rakhy' sabit qadam rahy' ta k shetan us k dil mai yh waswasa na dalay k us ki touba maqbol nahi ya yh k us sy us gunaah ka bhi hisaab lia jaye ga jis sy yh touba kr chuka hai. albatta ager touba ka ta'aluq haqoq al ebaad sy ho to phir us k liye yh wajib hai k muta'alqa logo k haqoq ada kr dy ya un sy maaf kara lay aur ager woh haq daro ko ya fout ho jany ki sorat mai in k wariso ko na janta ho to un ki taraf sy sadqa kr dy ta k un haqoq sy bhi woh bari uz zama ho jaye maslan ager gunaah ki sorat yh ho k us ny kisi ka maal lia ho aur phir us sy touba kr li ho to us k liye wajib yh hai k yh maal us k malik ko wapis louta dy aur ager woh zindah na ho to us k wariso ko dy dy aur ager woh ussy janta na ho ya ussy bhol gya ho to us ki taraf sy niyet krty huway us maal ko sadqa kr dy. niyet krty huway yh kahy k yh us ki taraf sy sadqa hai' jis sy us ny maal lia tha aur ager chahay to yh kahy k yh us ki taraf sy sadqa hai' jis ka yh maal hai qk ager woh fout ho chuka ho to phir yh maal us k wariso ki taraf sy sadqa ho jaye ga. Allah Subhan-o-ta'ala ko to ilm hai k yh kis ka maal hai lehaza woh us ki mustahiq tak is ka jawab pohancha dy ga.
saeel ny jo ziker kia hai k woh is baat sy darta hai k gunaah us ki touba pr asar andaz houn gay to ussy us baat sy qatan nahi darna chaheye ' Qk touba krny sy sabqa gunaah is tarha mit jaty hain k un ka mutalqan koi asar baki nahi rehta aur basa oqaat touba krny k bad insaan tuoba sy pehly ki zindagi sy bohat behtar ho jata hai Qk touba sy ussy anabut elaallah aur khuf-e-elahi ki tufeeq milti hai aur aisy qalbi aihwal aur badni amaal ki tufeeq milti hai' jin sy us ka muqaam-o-martaba pehly ki nisbat bohat buland ho jata hai jaisa k Allah ta'ala ny Hazrat Adam A.S. ki touba ka ziker krty huway farmaya hai:
aur adam ny apny Rab (k hukam) ki nafarmani ki to (woh apny matlob sy) be raah ho gaye ' phir un k rab ny un ko nawaza to un pr maherbani sy tawajjah farmai aur sidhi raah batai.
"aur adam ny apny Rab (k hukam) ki nafarmani ki to (woh apny matlob sy) be raah ho gaye ' phir un k rab ny un ko nawaza to un pr maherbani sy tawajjah farmai aur sidhi raah batai."
Ta Ha 20: 121-122.
saeel ny jo yh pocha hai k la'anat ma'asiyet k waqo'u k wqt waqi hoti hai to is ka jawab yh hai k la'anat kabhi to ma'asiyet k waqo'u k wqt hi lahiq hoti hai aur kabhi Allah ta'ala k iradah-o-hikmat k mutabiq moakhar bhi ho sakti hai lekin jab Allah ta'ala touba ki tufeeq ata farma dy to phir la'anat khatam ho jati hai Qk la'anat k maini Allah ta'ala ki rehmat sy duri k hain aur jo shakhs touba kr lay to woh Allah ta'ala ki rehmai mai hai.
Saeel ny jo yh pocha hai k issy in jaraim ki saza ka ilm nahi tha to saza k ilm na hony sy saza khatam nahi hoti khuwah woh deenvi ho ya akhervi' bashart yh k ussy yh ilm ho k yh kaam krna haraam tha. ager insaan apny dil mai yh kahy k ager ussy yh ilm hota k us gunaah ki yh saza hai to woh is ka irtekab na krta to yh koi uzer nahi hai Qk us ny us ilm k bawajod k yh kaam haraam hai' aik haraam fail ka irtekab kia hai lehaza ager koi shakhs zina kery aur ussy zina ki hurmat ka ilm ho (aur hr aqil musalman yh janta hai k zina haraam hai) mager ussy us ki saza ka ilm na ho maslan yh k woh shadi shudah ho aur zina ker lay aur issy yh ilm na ho k shadi shudah zani ki saza rajum hai to phir bhi ussy rajum kr dia jaye ga. issi tarha ager koi shakhs ramzan k mahiny mai din k wqt rozay ki halat mai apni bivi sy mubashrat kr lay aur kahy k is halat mai mubashrat k kufaray ka issy ilm nahi tha halaan k is ka kufarah magliz hai aur woh hai aik gulaam ko azaad krna' gulaam majod na ho to 2 maah k musalsal rozay rakhna aur ager rozay rakhny ki bhi estetat na ho to 60 maskino ko khana khilana to kufaray k bary mai nawaqfiyet sy is ka wajod khatam nahi hota. kufarah hr sorat mai wajib hoga khuwah ussy ilm ho ya na ho aur us ki daleel yh hai k aik shakhs ny jab Nabi Akram S.A.W sy yh pocha k us ny la ilmi sy ramzan mai din k wqt apni bivi sy mubashrat kr li hai to is pr kia wajib hai? to Nabi S.A.W ny ussy yh fatwa dia k us k zeemay aik gulaam ko azaad krna hai. ager gulaam na mile to 2 maah k musalsal rozay rakhy jayen aur ager is ki estetat na ho to phir 60 maskino ko khana khila dia jaye.1
