Orat ko hath lagany sy wazu nahi totta


Question :
Dermiyan mai kisi cheez k hail huway bagiar ager koi admi kisi ajnabi orat ko hath lagata hai to is k liye shariyet ka kia hukam hai? kia is sy wazu toot jaye ga ya nahi? naiz yh bataye k ajnabi orat sy kia maqsod hai?

Answer :
Ahel-e-ilm k sahi tareen qoul k mutabiq orat ko hath lagany sy wazu nahi totta kyun k hadis sy sabit hai k:
Nabi kareem (S.A.W) ny azwaj mutehrat mai sy kisi ko bosa dia' phir namaz parhi aur wazu na kia.
"Nabi kareem S.A.W ny azwaj mutehrat mai sy kisi ko bosa dia' phir namaz parhi aur wazu na kia."
Lekin orat k liye yh jaiz nahi hai k woh kisi gair mehram k sath musahifa kery aur na mard k liye yh jaiz hai k woh kisi gair mehram orat k sath musahifa kery. Nabi S.A.W ka irshad grami hai k:
mai orton sy musahifa nahi kerta.
"mai orton sy musahifa nahi kerta."
Hazrat Aisha R.A. sy ravayat hai k:
Nabi kareem S.A.W orton sy sirf hum kalam ho ker baiyet lia kerty thy aur kabhi bhi kisi orat k hath ko app S.A.W ka hath nahi laga tha.
"Nabi kareem S.A.W orton sy sirf hum kalam ho ker baiyet lia kerty thy aur kabhi bhi kisi orat k hath ko app S.A.W ka hath nahi laga tha."
Aur Allah ka farman hai k:
yaqinan tumhary liye Rasool Allah S.A.W ki zaat mai behtreen aur umdah namona majod hai.
"yaqinan tumhary liye Rasool Allah S.A.W ki zaat mai behtreen aur umdah namona majod hai."
Orto ka gair mehram mardo sy aur mardo ka gair mehram orton sy musahifa sab k liye fitna ka sabab hai aur kamil tareen islami shariyet ai hi is liye hai k in tamam zarai ko band ker dy jo in amoor tak pohanchaty hain' jinhen Allah ny haram qarar dia hai.
is sy yh bhi maloom ho gaya k ajnabi orat sy murad woh orat hai k jis k aur mard k dermiyan nasb ya kisi dosry mubah sabab k bais koi aisa rishta na ho jis ki waja sy woh is k liye haram ho maslan: Maa' Behan phophi wagaira ya kisi sharai sabab ki waja sy haram hai. Maslan razat-o-musahiret wagaira to aisi orten ajnabi nahi hain. Wa Billah al tufeeq!
