Question :
sadqa fitr naqdi ki sorat mai ada kerny k bary mai hukam hai kyun k kuch log is k jawaz k qail hain?

Answer :
kisi bhi musalman sy yh bat makhfi nahi rehni chaheye k deen haneef islaam ka sab sy ahem rukn' yh gawahi dena hai k Allah Ta'ala k siwa koi ma'abod nahi aur Hazrat Mohammad S.A.W Allah Ta'ala k Rasol hain. La Illaha illallahu ki shahadat ka taqaza yh hai k Allah wahdah k siwa aur kisi ki ebadat na ki jaye aur Mohammad Rasool Allah (S.A.W) ny is ka tarika sikhaya hai. tamam musalmano ka ijma'a hai k sadqa fitr ada kerna aik ebadat hai aur ebadaat k bary mai asool yh hai k yh tuqeefi hain' lehaza kisi k liye yh jaiz nahi k woh koi bhi ebaat sharey A.S. k bataye huway tarikey k bagair ada kery k in k bary mai khud Rab kainat ny yh farmaya hai:
aur woh (paigumber S.A.W ) apni khuwaish sy nahi bolty balky woh (Quran to) wahi hai jo in ki tarf bheji jati hai.
"aur woh (paigumber S.A.W ) apni khuwaish sy nahi bolty balky woh (Quran to) wahi hai jo in ki tarf bheji jati hai."
An-Najm 53:3,4.
aur khud Nabi S.A.W ny yh farmaya hai:
jo shakhs hamary is deen (islam) mai koi aisi nai bat ejad kery jo is mai sy na ho to woh mardod hai.
"jo shakhs hamary is deen (islam) mai koi aisi nai bat ejad kery jo is mai sy na ho to woh mardod hai."
Al-Bukhari no. 2697.
Naiz App ny farmaya:
jis ny koi aisa amal kia jis k bary mai hamara amar nahi hai to woh (amal) mardod hai.
"jis ny koi aisa amal kia jis k bary mai hamara amar nahi hai to woh (amal) mardod hai."
Muslim no. 1718.
Nabi kareem S.A.W ny sadqa fitr k bary mai jo hukam dia hai jaisa k ahaadis sahiha sy sabit hai woh yh k khany ya jou ya khajor ya kishmish ya paneer ka aik sa'a ho' chanachey Imam Bukhari-o-Muslim R.A. ny Hazrat Abdul Allah bin Umer R.A. sy ravayat kia hai:
Rasool Allah S.A.W ny zakat fitr aik sa'a khajor ya aik sa'a jou her gulam' azaad' orat' mard' choty aur bary musalman per farz qarar dia aur hukam dia k issy logo k namaz eid k liye nikalny sy pehly ada ker dia jaye.
"Rasool Allah S.A.W ny zakat fitr aik sa'a khajor ya aik sa'a jou her gulam' azaad' orat' mard' choty aur bary musalman per farz qarar dia aur hukam dia k issy logo k namaz eid k liye nikalny sy pehly ada ker dia jaye."
Al-Bukhari no. 1503-1504, Muslim no. 984.
Imam Bukhari-o-Muslim ny Hazrat Abu Saeed R.A. ki is ravayat ko bhi biyan kia:
hum Nabi kareem S.A.W k zamany mai khany ka aik sa'a ya khajor ka aik sa'a ya jou ka aik sa'a ya kishmish ka aik sa'a batur sadqa fitr ada kia kerty thy.
"hum Nabi kareem S.A.W k zamany mai khany ka aik sa'a ya khajor ka aik sa'a ya jou ka aik sa'a ya kishmish ka aik sa'a batur sadqa fitr ada kia kerty thy."
Al-Bukhari no. 1508, Muslim no. 985.
In ahaadis sy maloom howa k sadqa fitr k bary mai yh Hazrat Mohammad Rasool Allah S.A.W ki sunnat hai aur yh bat bhi maloom hai k is wqt musalmano mai khas tour per madina k muashrah mai denar aur darhim bhi majod thy aur is wqt yahi currency maroj thi lekin sadqa fitr k silsila mai app ny deenar-o-darhim ka ziker nahi farmaya. ager inhen sadqa fitr mai dena jaiz hota to app yh zaror biyan farma dety' kyun k zarorat k wqt biyan ko moakher kerna jaiz nahi. ager yh jaiz hota to sahaba karam deenar darhim ki sorat mai bhi zaror sadqa fitr ada farmaty. janwaron ki zakat mai kami beshi ko deenar-o-darhum sy pura kerny k bary mai jo ata hai to yh is shart k sath mashrot hai jissy ada kerna wajib ho lekin woh majod na ho aur yh bhi in sorato k sath makhsos hai jin ka ahaadis mai ziker aya hai Qk jaisa k pehly biyan kia gya hai k ebadaat k silsila mai asool yh hai k yh tuqeefi hain. yahi waja hai k humen kisi sahabi k bary mai yh ilm nahi k inhuny naqdi ki sorat mai sadqa fitr ada kia ho jab k woh Rasool Allah S.A.W ki sunnat ko sab logo sy ziadah janty bhi thy aur sunnat Rasool k mutabiq amal kerny ka shoq bhi sab logo sy ziada rakhty thy. ager inhuny naqdi ki sorat mai sadqa fitr ada kia hota to yh bhi manqol hota jis tarha in k amoor shariyet sy muta'aliq deegar aqwaal-o-afaal manqol hain aur irshad bari Ta'ala hai:
albatta tehqiq tumhary liye (Aye Musalmano!) Rasool Allah S.A.W ki zaat mai umdah namona majod hai.
"albatta tehqiq tumhary liye (Aye Musalmano!) Rasool Allah S.A.W ki zaat mai umdah namona majod hai."

Al-Ahzab 33:21.aur farmaya:
jin logo ny sabqat ki (yani sab sy) pehly (emaan laye) muhajrin mai sy bhi aur ansaar mai sy bhi aur jinhuny naik-o-kari k sath in ki pairvi ki' Allah in sy khush hai aur woh Allah sy khush hain aur is ny in k liye bagaat tiyar kiye hain jin k neechay nehrain beh rahi hain (aur) woh hamesha in mai rahen gay. yh bohat bari kamiyabi hai.
"jin logo ny sabqat ki (yani sab sy) pehly (emaan laye) muhajrin mai sy bhi aur ansaar mai sy bhi aur jinhuny naik-o-kari k sath in ki pairvi ki' Allah in sy khush hai aur woh Allah sy khush hain aur is ny in k liye bagaat tiyar kiye hain jin k neechay nehrain beh rahi hain (aur) woh hamesha in mai rahen gay. yh bohat bari kamiyabi hai."
At-Tawbah 9:100.
jo kuch hum ny ziker kia hai is sy aik talib haq k samny yh bat wazeh hojati hai k naqdi ki sorat mai sadqa fitr ada kerna jaiz nahi hai' lehaza jo shakhs naqdi ki sorat mai sadqa fitr ada kery ga to is ka yh sadqa ada nahi hoga kyun k is ka yh amal mazkorah adliya shariya k khilaf hai. mai Allah Ta'ala sy yh dua kerta hoon k woh humen aur sab musalmano ko apny deen mai fuqahat (samjh bojh) aur deen per sabit qadmi ata farmaye aur her is cheez sy bachaye jo is ki shariyet k mukhalif ho. innaho jawab kareem'
