Tarik Namaz Kafir hai


Question :
Bohat sy baap apny bacho ki terbiyet khasosan deeni terbiyet ka aihtamam nahi kerty. bacho ki ta'aleem mein kotahi ka woh uzer yh paish kerty hain k kaam ki waja sy woh bohat thak gaye hain' to in logo k bary mein apki kia rai hai jo dawa to islam ka kerty hain lekin woh ramzan k rozay kam hi rekhty hain ya namaz bhi woh bohat kam hi parhty hain?

Answer :
Aik mard momin k liye yh zarori hai k apni olaad ki terbiyet ka woh pura pura aihtamam kery ta k hasb-e-zail irshad bati Ta'ala per amal hu saky:
Momino! apny apko aur apny ahel-o-ayaal ko atish (jahannum) sy bachao' jis ka indhen admi aur pather hain aur jis per tand khu aur sakht mizaj farishty (muqarar) hain jo hukam Allah in ko farmata hai' is ki nafermani nahi kerty aur jo hukam in ko milta hai issy baja laty hain.
"Momino! apny apko aur apny ahel-o-ayaal ko atish (jahannum) sy bachao' jis ka indhen admi aur pather hain aur jis per tand khu aur sakht mizaj farishty (muqarar) hain jo hukam Allah in ko farmata hai' is ki nafermani nahi kerty aur jo hukam in ko milta hai issy baja laty hain."
At-Tahrim 66 :6.
Mard momin ko chahty k apni is zeema dari ko pura kery' jo Rasool Allah S.A.W ny apny is irshad mein is k kandhu per dali hai k:
Mard apny ahel-e-khana k bary mein nigheban hai aur apni is ruiet k bary mein is sy pocha jaye ga.
"Mard apny ahel-e-khana k bary mein nigheban hai aur apni is ruiet k bary mein is sy pocha jaye ga."
Al-Bukhari nos. 893, 2409, 2554 aur 2558.
Lehaza is k liye yh jaiz nahi k apni olaad ki taraf tawajja na dey balky is per wajib hai k hasb halaat aur hasb jaraim inhen adab sikhaye' yahi waja hai k Rasool Allah S.A.W ny farmaya hai k:
apny beto (yani olaad) ko namaz ka hukam do jab k woh 7 saal k houn aur namaz na parhny ki waja sy inhen maro jab k woh 10 saal k houn.
"apny beto (yani olaad) ko namaz ka hukam do jab k woh 7 saal k houn aur namaz na parhny ki waja sy inhen maro jab k woh 10 saal k houn."

yad rahy k mard k kandhu per yh jo amanat dali gai hai' roz qayamat is k bary mein is sy baz purs bhi hogi lehaza issy chaheye k sahi jawab tiyar ker rakhy ta k is zeema dari sy ohdahbara ho saky aur apny amal k phal ko pa saky k ager amal acha kia to phal bhi acha aur ager amal bura kia to phal bhi bura hoga aur basa oqaat to bury amal ki saza dunia mein bhi is tarha mil jati hai k olaad is sy bura salook kerti hai' naferman hojati hai aur apny baap k haq ko ada nahi kerti.
Jo log islam ka dawa to kerty hain lekin namaz aur roza ki pabandi kam hi kerty hain' to in k bary mein hamari rai yhhai k ager yh log ramzan k rozay is liye nahi rekhty k in ka aqeedah yh hai k yh roza wajib nahi hai balky yh to aik badni riyazat hai aur insan ko ikhteyar hai k chahy roza rakhy ya na rakhy to yh log kafir hain kyun k inhuny faraiz islam mein sy aik farz ka inkar kia hai aur jahalat ki waja sy inhen ma'azor bhi qarar dia ja sakta kyun k yh aik islami muashrah mein rah rahy hain.
ager yh roza ki farziyet aur wajob ka aqeedah to rakhty hain lekin amlan roza nahi rekty to yh nafarman hain aur ahel ilm k rajeh qoul k mutabiq inhen kafir qarar nahi dia jaye ga.
ager yh namaz bilkul nahi parhty to yh kafir hain' khuwah namaz k wajob ka iqrar karen ya inkar kyun k is soart mein in ka kufr kitab Allah aur sunnat Rasool Allah S.A.W sy sabit hai' chanacha Quran Majeed ki sorat Tuba mein irshad hai:
phir ager yh touba ker len aur namaz parhny aur zakat deny lagen to deen mein tumhary bhaihain.
"phir ager yh touba ker len aur namaz parhny aur zakat deny lagen to deen mein tumhary bhaihain."
At-Tawbah 9 :11.
Aur sorat maryam mein irshad hai:
Phir in k bad chund na halaf in k janasheen huway' jihuny namaz ko (Chor dia goya k issy) khu dia aur khuwaishat nafsaani k peechay lag gaye so unqareeeb in ko gumrahi (ki saza) mily gi. haan! jin ny tuba ki aur emaan laya aur amal naik kiye to aisy log behshet mein dakhil houn gay aur in k zara noqsan na kia jaye ga..
"Phir in k bad chund na halaf in k janasheen huway' jihuny namaz ko (Chor dia goya k issy) khu dia aur khuwaishat nafsaani k peechay lag gaye so unqareeeb in ko gumrahi (ki saza) mily gi. haan! jin ny tuba ki aur emaan laya aur amal naik kiye to aisy log behshet mein dakhil houn gay aur in k zara noqsan na kia jaye ga.."
Maryam 19 :58-59.
yahan istadlaal sorat maryam ki is dosri ayat karima sy hai' jis mein Allah Ta'ala ny namaz zaya kerny walo aur khuwaishat nafsaani ki pairvi kerny walo mein sy in logo ko mustashna qarar dia' jo tuba karen aur emaan lay ayen' to is sy maloom howa k namaz zaya aur khuwaishat nafsaani ki piarvi kerty wqt woh musalman nahi hain aur yh estadlaal pehli ayat sy hai jo sorat tuba ki ayat hai. is ayat mein Allah Ta'ala ny hamary aur mushrikeen k dermiyan k dermiyan sabot akhuwet k liye 3 sharten qarar di hain aur woh yh hain: 1 woh shirk sy tuba karen 2 namaz qaim karen aur 3 zakat ada karen. ager woh shirk sy to tuba ker len lekin namaz aur zaka ko ada na karen to woh hamary bhai nahi hain. aur yad rahy deeni akhuwet ki nafi sirf issi wqt hoti hai jab koi momin mukammal tour per dairah deen sy kharij ho jaye' fasaq k sath is akhuwet ki nafi nahi hoti jaisa k ayat qasas:
aur qatil ko is k (maqtol) bhai (k qasaas mein) sy kuch muaf ker dia jaye to (waris maqtol ko) pasandidah tareeq sy (qarar daad ki) pairvi (yani mutalba khon baha) kerna aur (qatil ko) khush khui k sath ada kerna chaheye.
"aur qatil ko is k (maqtol) bhai (k qasaas mein) sy kuch muaf ker dia jaye to (waris maqtol ko) pasandidah tareeq sy (qarar daad ki) pairvi (yani mutalba khon baha) kerna aur (qatil ko) khush khui k sath ada kerna chaheye."
Al-Baqarah 2 :178.
is ayat mein umdan qatal kerny waly ko bhi Allah Ta'ala ny maqtol ka bhai qarar dia hai halaan k qatal umad bhi akber alkabair mein sy hai jaisa k irshad bari ta'ala sy sabit hai:
aur jo shakhs musalman ko jaan bojh ker mar daly ga to is ki saza dozakh hai' jis mein woh hamesha (jalta) rahy ga. Allah is per gazab nak hoga aur is per la'anat kery ga aur aisy shakhs k liye is ny bara (sakht) azaab tiyar ker rakha hai.
"aur jo shakhs musalman ko jaan bojh ker mar daly ga to is ki saza dozakh hai' jis mein woh hamesha (jalta) rahy ga. Allah is per gazab nak hoga aur is per la'anat kery ga aur aisy shakhs k liye is ny bara (sakht) azaab tiyar ker rakha hai."
An-Nisa' 4 :93.
Yh ayat karima bhi is bat ki daleel hai k emaani akhuwet ki nafi kufr sy kam tr derja k kisi jurm ki waja sy nahi hoti.
Tark namaz sy jab deeni akhuwet ki nafi hojati hai jaisa k sorat tuba ki ayat sy wazeh hai to is sy maloom howa k tark namaz kufr doon kufr ya yh fasaq nahi hai warna is sy deeni akhuwet ki nafi na hoti' jis tarha qatal momin sy nafi nahi hoti. ager koi shakhs yh kahy k kia tum tarik zakat ko bhi kafir qarar do gay jaisa k sorat tuba ki is ayat k mafhom sy maloom hota hai' to hum kahen gay k haan baz ahel-e-ilm ny tarik zakat kafir nahi hai haan albata is k liye saza bohat sakht hogi jaisa k Allah Ta'ala ny apni kitab mein aur Nabi kareem S.A.W ny apni sunnatmein  biyan farmaya hai maslan hadis Hazrat Abu HUrerah R.A. mein hai jismein  Nabi S.A.W ny manain zakat ki saza ko biyan kerty huway akhir mein farmaya:
phir woh apny rasta ko jannat ki tarf dekhy ga ya jahannum ki tarf.
"phir woh apny rasta ko jannat ki tarf dekhy ga ya jahannum ki tarf."

to yh hadis is bat ki daleel hai k manay zakat kafir nahi hai kyun k ager woh kafir hota to phir is ka rasta jannat ki tarf na hota to is hadis ka mantoq ayat tuba k mafhom sy muqadam hai kyun k mantoq sy muqadam howa kerta hai jaisa k asool fiqqa mein ma'arof hai.
Sunnat sy tarik namaz k kufr ki daleel nabi S.A.W ka yh irshad hai k:
banday aur shirk-o-kufr k dermiyan farq tark namaz sy hai.
"banday aur shirk-o-kufr k dermiyan farq tark namaz sy hai."

aur Buredah bin Husaib R.A. sy ravayat hai k mein ny Rasool Allah S.A.W ko yh irshad farmaty suna k:
hamary aur in k dermiyan jo ahed hai woh namaz hai' jis ny namaz ko tark ker dia woh kafir ho gaya.
"hamary aur in k dermiyan jo ahed hai woh namaz hai' jis ny namaz ko tark ker dia woh kafir ho gaya."

Yahan kufr sy murad woh kufr hai' jo millet islamia sy kharij ker daita hai kyun k Nabi kareem S.A.W ny namaz ko momino aur kafiro k dermiyan had fazil qarar diaa hai aur zahir hai millet kufr aur millet islam 2 alag alag milten hain to jo shakhs ahed namaz ki pabandi na kery to woh kafiro mein sy hai.
sahi muslimmein  hazrat Umm-e-salaam R.A. sy ravayat hai k Nabi kareem S.A.W ny farmaya:
An qareeb kuch aisy amra houn gay k jin ko tum pehchano gay bhi aur inkar bhi karo gay' jis ny pehchan lia woh buri ho gaya aur jis ny inkar ker dia woh salamat rha lekin jo shakhs in sy razi ho gaya aur jis ny in ki pairvi ki (woh halak ho gaya). Sahaba karaam R.A. ny araz kia "kia hum in sy larai na karen?" App S.A.W ny farmaya: "Nahi jab tak yh namaz parhty rahen (tum in sy larai na karo).

Aur hadis aouf bin malik R.A. mein hai k Nabi S.A.W ny farmaya:
tumary behtreen hukmran woh hain jin sy tum mohabbat karo' woh tum sy mohabbat karen' woh tumhary liye duaen karen aur tum in k liye duaen karo aur tumhary bad tareen hukmaran woh hain k tum in sy bugz rakho' woh tum sy bugz rakhen' tum in per la'anat bhejon aur woh tum per la'anat bhejen." sahaba karam R.A. ny araz kia "kia hum talwar k sath inhen khatam na ker den?" app ny farmya "nahi jab tk woh namaz ko qaim rakhen (in k khilaf talwar talwar na uthao).

Yh dono hadisen is bat ki daleel hain k ager hukmaran namaz qaim na karen to in k khilaf talwar istemal ker k in ka khatma ker dia jaye aur yad rahy k hukmarano sy larai jhagra aur qataal sirf issi sorat mein jaiz hai' jab woh kufr sureeh ka irtekab karen aur hamary pass is silsila mein Allah Ta'ala ki tarf sy wazeh burhaan ho jaisa k Hazrat Abadah bin samat R.A. sy ravayat hai k Rasool Allah S.A.W ny humen bulaya to hum ny app ki biyet ki. hum ny yh biyet ki.k hum pasandidgi aur napasandidgi mein' mushkil aur asaaani mein aur apny oper terjeeh diye jany ki sorat mein bhi sama'a-o-ta'at ka muzahirah karen gy aur ahel logo sy hakomat nahi chenay gay. issi silsila mein farmaya:
haan illa yh k tum hukmarno ki tarf sy sureeh kufr ka irtekab dekho aur tumhary pass is bary mein Allah ta'ala ki tarf sy burhan ho.
"haan illa yh k tum hukmarno ki tarf sy sureeh kufr ka irtekab dekho aur tumhary pass is bary mein Allah ta'ala ki tarf sy burhan ho."
Al-Bukhari nos. 7056 aur 7076.
to is hadis sy bhi maloom howa k hukmarano ka namaz tark kerna jis ki waja sy Rasool Allah  ny hukmarano k sath talwar sy larny ko bhi jaiz qarar dia yh kufr sureeh hai aur tark namaz k kufr sureeh hony ki hamry pass Allah Ta'ala ki tarf sy burhan majod hai.
Kitab-o-sunnat mein aisi koi daleel majod nahi hai' jis sy yh maloom ho k tarik namaz kafir nahi hai ya yh maloom ho k woh momin hai ya yh maloom ho k woh jannat mein dakhil hoga ya yh maloom ho k woh jahannum mein dakhil nahi hoga' ziada sy ziadah is silsila mein jo warid hai ' woh aisi nasos hain jo taheed aur
LA ILAHA ILLALAAH-O-MOHAMMAD-UR-RASOOL-UL-LLAAH

ki shahadat ki fazilet per dalalat kerti aur is ka sawab biyan kerti hain aur yh nasos ya to kisi aisy wasf k sath muqeed hain' jis k sath tark namaz mumkin hi nahi ya yh muaiyen halaat k bary mein warid hain' jin mein insan tark namaz k liye ma'azor hota hai ya yh aam hain aur inhen tarik namaz k kufr k dalail per mehlol kia jaye ga kyun k tarik namaz k kufr k dalail khas hain aur khas aam sy muqadam hota hai jaisa k asool hadis aur asool fiqa mein yh aik ma'arof asool hai.
Ager koi shakhs yh kahy' kia yh jaiz nahi k tarik namaz k kufr per dalalat kerny waly nasos ko is baat per mehlol kia jaye k in sy murad woh shakhs hai jo namaz k wajob ka inkar kerty huway is ka tark kery? hum arz karen gay k nahi ya taaveel jaiz nahi qk is mein 2 rukawaten hain is wasf ka abtal lazim aata hai jissy sharieyt ny mua'atabir qarar dia aur jis k mutabiq hukam aied kia hai. yani shariyet ny tark namaz per kufr ka hukam lagaya hai aur yahan yh nahi kaha k jo koi namaz k wajob ka inkar kerty huway tark kery' woh kafir hai aur phir mahez aqamat namaz ki buyad per deeni akhuwet ko qaim kia hai aur yh nahi kaha k deeni bhai woh hain' jo namaz ka wajob ka iqrar karen. Allah Ta'ala ny yh bhi nahi farmaya k ager woh tuba ker len aur wajob namaz ka iqrar kr len to ..... aur na hi Nabi kareem S.A.W ny yh farmaya hai k admi aur shirk-o-kufr k dermiyan farq wajob namaz k iqrar ki waja sy hai k jo is k wajob ka inkar kery' woh kafir hai. ager Allah Ta'ala aur is k Rasool S.A.W ki yh murad hoti to is sy rougardani is biyan k khilaf hoti jissy Quran paish kia hai' jis k bary mein Allah ta'ala ny farmaya hai:
aur hum app per (aisi) kitab nazil ki hai k (is mein) her cheez ka biyan (mufassil) hai.
"aur hum app per (aisi) kitab nazil ki hai k (is mein) her cheez ka biyan (mufassil) hai."
An-Nahl 16 :89.
aur jis k hawala sy Allah Ta'ala ny apny nabi sy mukhatib hoty huway farmaya:
aur hum ny app per yh kitab nazil ki hai ta k jo (irshadat) logo per nazil huway hain' woh in per zahir ker do.
"aur hum ny app per yh kitab nazil ki hai ta k jo (irshadat) logo per nazil huway hain' woh in per zahir ker do."
An-Nahl 16 :44.
is mein dosri rukawat yh hai k is sy aik aisy wasf ka aitbar lazim aata hai' jissy shariyet ny manat hukam qarar nahi dia. namaz panchgana k wajob ka inka mojib kufr hai' is shakhs k liye jo jahalat ki waja sy ma'azor ho khuwah namaz parhy ya na parhy maslan aik shakhs ager panchu namazo ko tamam sharot' arkan' wajibat aur mustahbat samet ada kery lekin woh kisi uzer k bagair in namazo k wajob ka munkir ho to kafir hoga halaan k is ny namaz ko tark nahi kia' to is sy maloom howa k nasos ko is bat per mehlol kerna k in sy murad woh shakhs hai jo wajob namaz ka inkar kerty huway tark kery sahi nahi hai jab k sahi aur haq bat yh hai k tarik namaz kafir hai aur woh apny is kufr k bais millet sy kharij hojata hai jaisa k ibn abi hatim ki is ravayat mein is ki surahat hai' jo Hazrat Ebadah bin Saamat R.A. sy marvi hai k:
Rasool Allah S.A.W ny humen yh wasiyet farmai k Allah Ta'ala k sath kisi ko sharik na banao' qasad-o-iradah sy namaz tark na karo kyun k jo shakhs qasad-o-iradah sy jaan sy bojh ker namaz tark ker daita hai' to woh millet sy kharij hojata hai.
"Rasool Allah S.A.W ny humen yh wasiyet farmai k Allah Ta'ala k sath kisi ko sharik na banao' qasad-o-iradah sy namaz tark na karo kyun k jo shakhs qasad-o-iradah sy jaan sy bojh ker namaz tark ker daita hai' to woh millet sy kharij hojata hai."

Naiz ager hum issy tark inkar per mehlol karen to phir nasos mein namaz k batour khas ziker ka koi faidah na hoga kyun k yh hukam to namaz' zakat' hajj aur in tamam amoor k liye aam hai jo deen k waijbaat-o-faraiz mein shumar hoty hain kyun k in mein sy kisi aik ka is k wajob k inkar ki waja sy tark mojib kufr hai bashart yh k inkar kerny wala jahalat ki waja sy ma'azor na ho.
Jis tarha samai asari daleel ka taqaza hai tarik namaz ko kafir qarar dia jaye' issi tarha aqli nazri daleel ka bhi taqaza hai aur woh is tarha k jo shakhs deen k saton namaz hi ko tark ker dy to is k pass phir emaan kaisy baki raha? namaz k bary mein is qadar tergeeb ai hai' jis ka taqaza yh hai k her aqil momin is k ada kerny mein koi kasar na utha rakhy aur is k tark k bary mein is qadar waeed ai hai' jis ka her aqil momin sy taqaza yh hai k woh is k tark sy aur issy zaya kerny sy mukammal aihteyat berty kyun k ager issy tark aur zaya ker dia gya to is ka taqaza yh hoga k phir emaan bhi baki na rahy!
jahan tak is masla mein Hazrat sahaba karam R.A. k qoul ka ta'aluq hai to jamhor sahaba karam R.A. ki rai yh hai balky kai aik oulama ny kaha hai k is per tamam sahaba karam R.A. ka ijma'a hai k tarik namaz kafir hai. Abdul Allah bin Shaqiq biyan kerty hain k:
Hazraat sahaba karaam R.A. amaal mein sy tark namaz k siwa aur kisi amal ko kufr nahi samjhty thy.
"Hazraat sahaba karaam R.A. amaal mein sy tark namaz k siwa aur kisi amal ko kufr nahi samjhty thy."

Mashhor imam Eshaq bin Raho yh farmaty hain k Nabi kareem S.A.W ki sahi hadis sy yh sabit hai k tarik namaz kafir hai aur Nabi kareem S.A.W k dour sy lay ker aaj tak ahel-e-ilm ki yahi rai hai k jo shakhs qasad-o-iradah sy bagair kisi uzer k namaz chor dey hatta k is ka wqt khatam ho jaye to woh kafir hai.
Imam ibn hazam ny ziker kia hai k Hazrat Umer' Abdul ul rehman bin ouf' maz bin jabal' abu hurerah aur deegar sahaba karam R.A. sy bhi sabit hai k tarik namaz ka kafir hai. Hazrat sahaba karam mein sy kisi ny is maslamein  in ki mukhalfat bhi nahi ki. alama manzari ny "altergeeb wal terheeb" mein imam ibn hazam ka yh qoul naqal kia hai aur inhuny is silsila mein Hazraat sahaba karam R.A. mein sy kuch mazeed naam bhi shumar karwaye hain maslan Hazrat Abdul Allah bin masud' Abdul Allah bin Abbas' Jabir bin Abdul Allah aur Abu Alderda R.A. aur gair sahaba karammein  sy imam ahmed bin hanbal' ishaq bin rahoiya' abdul Allah bin mubarik' nakhai'hukam bin uteeba' ayub sakhtiyani' abu dawud tiyalsi' abu bakr bin abi sheba' zaher bin harab R.A. aur bohat sy deegar oulama ka bhi yahi mazhab hai.mein kehta hoon k imam ahmed bin hanbal R.A. ka mashhor mazhab bhi yahi hai aur imam shafi R.A. ka aik qoul bhi yahi hai jaisa k hafiz ibn kaseer R.A. ny ayat karima :
ki tafseer mein ziker farmaya hai. hafiz ibn qeem R.A. ny bhi "Kitab al salat" mein likha hai k imam shafi R.A. k mazhab mein aik qoul yahi hai aur issy imam tahavi ny khud imam shafi R.A. sy naqal kia hai. Ager kaha jaye k is ka kia jawab hai' jis sy tarik namaz ko kafir na samjhny walo ny estadlal kia hai? is k jawab mein hum kahen gay k jin dalail sy inhuny estadlal kia hai' in ki is mozo per aslan dalalat hi nahi hai kyun k ya to yh aisy wasaf sy muqeed hain k is k sath tark namaz hai hi nahi ya yh aisi halat k sath muqeed hain' jis mein tarik namaz ma'azor samjha jata hai ya woh dalail aam hain' tarik namaz ki tekfeer k dalail k sath in ki takhsis ker di jaye gi. tarik namaz ko kafir qarar na deny walo ny jin dalail sy estadlaal kia hai' woh in mazkorah bala 4 halato sy khali nahi hain.
yh masla bohat ahem aur azeem masla hai. insan per wajib hai k woh apni zaat k bary mein Allah Ta'ala sy dary aur namaz ki hifazat kery ta k is ka shumar bhi in logo mein sy ho' jin k bary mein Allah Ta'ala farmata hai:
bila shuba emaan waly rastgar (kamiyab) ho gaye' jo namaz mein ajaz-o-niyaz kerty hain aur jo be hodaah bato sy mou moray rehty hain aur jo zakat ada kerty hain aur jo apni shramgaaho ki hifazat kerty hain magar apni biviyu sy (ya kanizo sy) jo in ki mulk hoti hain k (in sy mubasret kerny sy) inhen malamat nahi.
